Huỳnh Thị Thiên Hương brings over 7 years of experience in inbound tourism, having worked in both Sales Tour Consulting and Operations for one of Vietnam’s leading DMCs.
Balancing frontline consulting with on the ground operations gave her a holistic, practical understanding of what defines a seamless journey:
service quality, destination expertise, international traveler expectations, and B2B/B2C operational standards.
Returning to Hà Giang three times, not for work, but by instinct planted the seed that would grow into Nomadic Soul Travel.
