    1. Notice & Lead Time

    - All change requests (travel date, name change/substitute traveler, service upgrade, room/vehicle change, etc.) must be submitted in writing at least seven (7) days before the departure date.

    2. Additional Costs

    - Changes may incur additional charges (fare/price differences, handling/name/date-change fees, supplier-imposed fees).

    3. Supplier Conditions

    - Acceptance of changes is subject to supplier conditions & availability (hotels, transportation, cruises, airlines, activities).

    4. Traveler Name / Substitute

    - Name changes/substitutions may require supporting documents and name-change fees as per supplier policy.

    5. Upgrades / Service Adjustments

    - Upgrades (room, vehicle, services) require payment of price differences plus any processing fees.

    6. Non-Changeable Items (if applicable)

    - Certain services are non-changeable/non-refundable under supplier terms (e.g., promotional fares, peak-time services).

    7. How to Request

    - Submit via email/Zalo with your booking code, requested change details, and preferred timing.

    8. Change Confirmation

    - Changes are effective only upon written confirmation from Nomadic Soul Travel and settlement of all applicable fees.

    9. Time Zone & Cut-Offs

    - Lead times and cut-offs are based on ICT (GMT+7).
