2. Flexible Payment Policy
- Deposit 30%: payable within 24 hours after Nomadic Soul Travel confirms your booking.
- Balance 70%: due no later than 07 days before departure.
- Last-minute bookings (≤07 days): 100% payment required upon confirmation.
- Payment methods: Bank transfer / card / cash at our office (where applicable).
- Currency: VND; any bank/transfer fees are borne by the guest.
- Payment proof: please share the remittance slip/receipt so we can issue service confirmation & invoice.
- Late payment: your reservation may be auto-cancelled per the applicable Cancellation Policy.
- Booking changes: may incur fare differences per supplier’s live rates.
