1. After Tour Start
- Once the journey has begun, any program services listed but not used are non-refundable, even partially.
2. How to Cancel
Cancellations must be made in writing (email or letter). The following cancellation fees apply, calculated on the total tour price:
- More than 30 days before departure: No cancellation fee
- More than 15 days before departure (excluding public holidays, Saturdays and Sundays): 20% of the deposit is non-refundable.
- 8 to 14 days before departure: 50% of total tour price is non-refundable.
- 4 to 7 days before departure: 75% of total tour price is non-refundable.
- Within 3 days before departure or no-show: Non-refundable
Note: Any expenses already paid to service providers (air tickets, hotels, visas, etc.) may be non-refundable and will be deducted based on the actual charges.
3. Special Conditions
- Nomadic Soul Travel reserves the right to adjust the above terms in accordance with the cancellation policies of airlines, hotels, cruises, and other suppliers. If any adjustments are required, we will notify you in writing.
4. Refund Policy
- Processing Time: Eligible refunds (if any) will be processed within 7–14 business days from (i) our written cancellation confirmation and (ii) receipt of complete refund details from you.
- Refund Method: By bank transfer or the original payment method, as applicable.
Notes:
- Business days” refer to working days in ICT (GMT+7).
- Bank charges, if any, related to refund transfers are borne by the recipient’s bank unless otherwise required by law.
