In the event of force majeure (natural disasters, epidemics, government regulations, security incidents, insufficient group size to depart, etc.):
1. Earliest Possible Notice
- We will notify you as soon as practicable once operating the tour is deemed unsafe or not feasible.
2. Your Options
- 100% refund of amounts paid; or
- Rebooking to an equivalent tour (alternative date/destination of comparable value), subject to mutual agreement.
3. Scope of Liability
- We are not responsible for costs booked independently by the traveler, such as connecting flights, separate hotels, personal insurance, visas, etc.
Notes
- Force Majeure Definition: Events beyond the parties’ reasonable control that are unforeseeable or unavoidable despite reasonable efforts.
- Refund Timing: Follows our Refund Policy (processed within 7–14 business days after written cancellation confirmation and receipt of complete refund details).
- Rebooking Priority: Where feasible, we will assist with rescheduling or equivalent alternatives to preserve your intended experience.
