FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of force majeure, including natural disasters, epidemics or pandemics, government regulations or decisions, security-related events, insufficient participant numbers for departure, or other circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Nomadic Soul Travel, the following principles will apply:
Notification at the Earliest Possible Time
Nomadic Soul Travel will notify the traveller or travel partner as soon as reasonably possible once it is determined that the journey can no longer be operated safely, cannot proceed as planned, or is no longer operationally feasible.
Options for the Traveller
Depending on the circumstances and subject to agreement with the traveller or travel partner, Nomadic Soul Travel will offer one of the following options:
- A 100% refund of the amount paid for the tour; or
- Transfer to an equivalent journey on another date, to a similar destination, or to a programme of comparable value.
Whenever possible, we will prioritise rescheduling the journey or proposing a suitable alternative in order to preserve the traveller’s experience and interests.
Scope of Responsibility
Nomadic Soul Travel shall not be responsible for any costs, losses, or expenses arising from services booked independently by the traveller and not included in the programme provided by Nomadic Soul Travel, including but not limited to:
- Connecting flights or other transportation booked independently
- Separately booked hotels or accommodation
- Personal or travel insurance
- Visa-related expenses
- Other personal services or expenses not included in the tour programme

Definition of Force Majeure:
Force majeure refers to events or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the parties that could not reasonably have been foreseen, prevented, or avoided through reasonable efforts.
Refund Processing Time:
Where a refund applies, it will be processed in accordance with Nomadic Soul Travel’s Refund Policy within 7–14 working days from the date we confirm the cancellation in writing and receive all information required to process the refund.
Rebooking Priority:
Whenever circumstances allow, Nomadic Soul Travel will prioritise assisting travellers with rescheduling their departure, adjusting the itinerary, or arranging an equivalent alternative in order to maintain the intended travel experience.
