1. How to Book
- Reservations must be made in person at our office or confirmed in writing via email or Zalo.
2. Deposit
- A fifty percent (50%) deposit is required upon booking confirmation.
3. Final Payment
- The total tour price for all Services must be paid in full at least thirty (30) days before the client’s arrival in the destination country or the tour start date (whichever comes first).
4. Non-Payment
- If the above payment deadline is not met, Nomadic Soul Travel may, at its sole discretion, cancel the reservation without refund of any amounts already paid by the client.
Notes:
- “Zalo” refers to the Vietnam-based messaging platform used for written confirmations.
- Payment instructions and accepted methods will be provided with your booking confirmation.
