CANCELLATION POLICY
Once the journey has started, any services mentioned in the programme but not used are non-refundable, either in full or in part.
All cancellation requests must be made in writing. Cancellation charges apply as follows:
- More than 30 days before departure: No cancellation charge
- Between 30 and 21 days before departure: 25% of the total tour cost
- Between 20 days and 48 hours before departure: 75% of the total tour cost
- Less than 48 hours before departure: 90% of the total tour cost
- No-show: No refund
Note: Any expenses already paid to service providers, including air tickets, hotels, visas, and other related services, may be non-refundable and will be deducted based on the actual charges incurred.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS
Nomadic Soul Travel reserves the right to adjust the above terms in accordance with the cancellation policies of airlines, hotels, cruise operators, and other service providers. If any adjustment is required, we will notify you in writing.
REFUND POLICY
Processing Time:
Any refund, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 working days from the date Nomadic Soul Travel confirms the cancellation in writing and receives all required refund details.
Refund Method:
Refunds will be made by bank transfer or through the original method of payment, depending on the applicable case.
NOTES
- Working days are understood as business days in the ICT time zone (GMT+7).
- Any bank charges related to refund transactions imposed by the recipient’s bank, if any, shall be borne by the recipient unless otherwise required by law.
