ACCOMMODATION CLASSES
For private Vietnam tours, Nomadic Soul Travel works with selected accommodation levels suitable for different private guest profiles and travel budgets.
The lowest accommodation category we position for our private journeys is First Class 3-star. From there, guests and partners may choose Superior Class 4-star, Deluxe Class 5-star, or Super High-End options depending on the program, destination, season, and service expectation.
First Class 3-star is suitable for guests who want clean, comfortable, and well-located accommodation with reliable basic service.
Superior Class 4-star is suitable for guests who prefer more comfort, better facilities, and a smoother overall stay.
Deluxe Class 5-star is suitable for guests with higher expectations for service standards, comfort, and more refined accommodation experiences.
Super High-End accommodation is designed for guests who require exceptional properties, exclusive experiences, luxury resorts, private villas, heritage hotels, or carefully selected top-tier stays.
SELECTED BY QUALITY, NOT ONLY BY STAR RATING
Star rating is important, but it is not the only factor we consider. In Vietnam, service quality, property condition, room category, location, management style, and guest experience can vary significantly between destinations.
That is why Nomadic Soul Travel does not select accommodation based only on rating or images. We look at the actual suitability of each stay for the private guest profile and the journey.
A well-selected 4-star hotel may sometimes create a better experience than a poorly matched 5-star property. A boutique stay may be more suitable than a large hotel in certain destinations. A well-located property can also improve the entire travel flow.
