✨ DETAILED ITINERARY:

DAY 0: ARRIVE IN HÀ GIANG CITY

Arrive in Ha Giang City before tour start. We provide 01 pre-tour dorm night for early arrivals. On request, we can arrange round-trip sleeper buses at 07:00 / 12:00 / 16:00 / 21:00 (including VIP “palace” cabin buses, single/double cabins).

DAY 1: HA GIANG – XA PHIN VILLAGE – KHAU LAN WATERFALL – NAM DAM VILLAGE [B/ L/ D]

07:30: Meet your guide at our Ha Giang office (early arrivals may rest in our dorm) or a designated pick-up point. Trip briefing, breakfast, then depart.

09:00: Xa Phin Hamlet: moss clad stilt houses on the slopes of Tay Con Linh, Shan Tuyet tea hills, the pretty Nai/ Hươu Waterfall, and sweeping rice-terrace vistas among Vietnam’s finest.

11:30: Lunch in Xa Phin with highland Dao specialties (Tay Con Linh flavors).

14:00: Khau Lan Waterfall: an easy ~1 km rainforest trek under cool canopies to one of Ha Giang’s most majestic, untamed cascades. Time for photos and a refreshing stream dip (conditions permitting).

16:30: Arrive Nam Dam Village, cultural space of the Long-Dress Dao (Dao áo dài), known for living heritage like fire jumping and cấp sắc ceremonies (seasonal). Dinner, culture exchange

DAY 2: LUNG TAM WEAVING – SAO HA VILLAGE – LAO XA SILVERSMITHS – LO LO CHAI [B/ L/ D]

07:00: Breakfast at the homestay.

08:30: Lung Tam Linen Cooperative: discover 40+ steps of traditional hemp/linen making and its meaning in H’mong life.

10:00: Sao Ha (“Ghost Village”): a secluded, centuries-old H’mong hamlet tied to Dong Van warlord tales and filming locations of Vietnamese thrillers.

11:30: Lunch in Pho Cao (Dong Van).

13:00: Lao Xa Village: meet artisan silversmith families preserving hand-forged silver amid the stone desert scenery.

16:00: Lo Lo Chai beneath Lung Cu Flag Tower: slow village walk and cultural encounters.

17:30: Arrive Dong Van. Hotel check-in, dinner (try the local black chicken hotpot), and a free evening to wander the lantern-lit Old Quarter; campfire/music activities when available.

Overnight in Central Dong Van

DAY 3: WHITE CLIFF TRAIL – NHO QUE 3 RIVER – PA VI VILLAGE [B/ L/ D]

07:00: Breakfast in the Old Quarter.

08:00: (If weekend) browse the early Dong Van market for a lively ethnic fair experience.

09:00: From the Youth Volunteers Monument, begin the White Cliff Trail (6+ km) with balcony views over Ma Pi Leng Pass, Nho Que River and Tu San Canyon. Iconic photo points en route (cliff ledge, “happy twin tree,” “fairy’s eye”).

11:30: Lunch in Meo Vac with highland specialties.

14:00: Nho Que 3 (Phong Luu Gorge): motorboat into the serene gorge; signature rock photo stop; optional kayaking and river swim when safe.

16:00: Arrive Pa Vi Mong Cultural Village (Meo Vac), a tranquil village with poetic lục-bát layout.

17:00: Homestay check-in, BBQ dinner & overnight in Pa Vi.

DAY 4: MEO VAC KARST CRATER – MAU DUE – HA GIANG [B/ L/ _]

07:00: Breakfast at the homestay.

07:30: (If Sunday) visit the vibrant Meo Vac market.

08:00: Explore the giant Meo Vac Sinkhole, with lush vegetation inside its wide karst rim.

10:00: Begin the scenic drive Meo Vac to Mau Due, with photo stops at the iconic M-shaped Curves.

12:00: Lunch in Mau Due.

13:00: Continue the beautiful Mau Due – Duong Thuong – Thuan Hoa backroad; stops at Lung Ho Outpost, Duong Thuong Valley, and viewpoints.

16:00: Arrive Ha Giang City. Freshen up and rest at our office while awaiting your sleeper bus—choose an afternoon departure (approx. 16:30–17:00) for same-day return, or the night bus (approx. 22:00) arriving early the next morning.
