✨ DETAILED ITINERARY
DAY 0: ARRIVAL IN HA GIANG CITY
Arrive in Ha Giang City before tour start. We provide 01 pre-tour dorm night for early arrivals. On request, we can arrange round-trip sleeper buses (07:00 / 12:00 / 16:00 / 21:00), including VIP “palace” cabin buses (single/double cabins).

DAY 1: HA GIANG CITY – TWIN FAIRY MOUNTAINS – THAM MA PASS – H’MONG KING’S PALACE – DONG VAN [B/L/D]
07:30: Meet your guide at our Ha Giang office (also your pre-tour rest point) or another agreed pick-up in town. Briefing, breakfast, then depart.
08:30: Gateway viewpoints to the Dong Van Karst Plateau: Bac Sum Slope, Quan Ba Heaven Gate, and the photogenic Fairy Twin Mountains.

11:00: Tham Ma Pass (the famed “horse-testing” slope), the slope is famous to tourists when mentioning Ha Giang. Take a panoramic photo of the slope with the highland children here.

11:30: Lunch in Pho Cao.
13:00: H’Mong King’s Palace (Vuong Family Residence): explore stone-and-timber architecture and the plateau’s history and culture.

16:30: Arrive Dong Van. Hotel check-in & dinner (try the local black chicken hotpot). Free evening to wander the lantern-lit Old Quarter; campfire/music activities when available.

DAY 2: DONG VAN – LUNG CU FLAG TOWER – NHO QUE RIVER – MEO VAC [B/L/D]
07:00: Breakfast; (weekends) chance to browse the early Dong Van market.
08:30: Visit Lung Cu Flag Tower, a once-in-a-lifetime northernmost landmark.
09:30: Northernmost point check-in symbolic head of the nation.
10:00: Lo Lo Chai Village beneath the flag tower: slow village walk and cultural encounters.

12:00: Lunch in Dong Van with highland dishes.
13:30: Drive the legendary Ma Pi Leng Pass for balcony views over the Tu San Gorge and Nho Que River from above.
14:30: Nho Que boat ride through Tu San Canyon (the deepest gorge in Southeast Asia).

17:30: Arrive Meo Vac. Dinner & overnight.

DAY 3: MEO VAC – M-SHAPED CURVES – DUONG THUONG VALLEY – HA GIANG CITY [B/L/-]
07:00: Breakfast at the homestay; (Sundays) visit the vibrant Meo Vac market, the region’s largest weekly fair.
08:00: Scenic drive Meo Vac to Mau Due with photo stops at the iconic M-shaped Curves, where the road ribbons through vast limestone ranges.

11:30: Lunch in Mau Due – Yen Minh.
13:00: Continue the beautiful Mau Due – Duong Thuong backroad; stops at Lung Ho Outpost, Duong Thuong Valley, and lookouts.

16:00: Arrive Ha Giang City. Freshen up and rest at our office while awaiting your sleeper bus:
– Afternoon bus (approx. 16:30–17:00) for same-day return, or
– Night bus (approx. 22:00) arriving early the next morning.
Free time to explore Ha Giang City (own expense).
