DETAILED ITINERARY:

DAY 1: HOI AN ARRIVAL (MEALS: NOT INCLUDED)
Arrive in Danang and transfer to your choosen hotel in the ancient town of Hoi An.

The rest of the day is at leisure.

DAY 2: HOI AN - MY SON - HOI AN (MEALS: BREAKFAST, LUNCH)
In the morning, depart for My Son to visit the former capital and religious center of the Champa Kingdom. My Son is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the finest surviving examples of ancient Champa civilization, featuring impressive Hindu-themed ruins, beautiful stone sculptures, towers and temples set in a tropical landscape.

On the way back to Hoi An, stop at a small local house and be welcomed by the host for an introduction to the full process of traditional rice-paper making.

Return to Hoi An, where the afternoon is devoted to a walking tour of the ancient town. Once an important trading port from around the 7th to 10th centuries as part of the Champa Kingdom, and later a thriving international port, Hoi An is known for its narrow lanes, traditional houses, yellow-painted facades, lanterns and relaxed atmosphere.

During the walking tour, visit former merchants’ houses, the 400-year-old Japanese Covered Bridge, a Chinese communal hall and the colorful local market.
